Our daily per dog rate for boarding is CHF55. For two dogs from the same family who share a room, the daily boarding rate is CHF45/dog/day.
We cater for sociable dogs needing day care (from 07.30 to 17.45 daily except Sundays). Daycare is CHF25 for a half day, CHF40 for up to 10 hours. More than 10 hours, boarding rates apply.
The day of arrival is charged in full regardless of the time you arrive. Departure day is not charged IF your dog can be collected in the morning before 11.00. Departures after 11am are charged as an additional day.
To avoid gastric upset and loss of appetite, we ask that owners provide food for their dogs' stay. We have lots of toys, treats, bowls and beds here so please don’t feel obliged to bring those (unless you think it would help with settling in, in which case, no problem). All we really need is enough food for the whole stay, treats (if your dog is sensitive, otherwise we have plenty) and the passport with up to date vaccines (NB - please read the "your dog's health & safety page" for important information about vaccinations).
We encourage (supervised) play between dogs of similar size and we walk dogs together where possible. However all dogs eat and sleep separately (those from the same family can share a room). Dogs that stay with us must be well socialized and accustomed to meeting and making new friends.
To ensure that dogs will settle, relax and enjoy themselves here for their "holidays", a trial overnight stay is required. The overnight trial can be arranged at your convenience (Monday-Friday) and is charged at usual boarding rates. The trial is from a pre-arranged time in the afternoon until the following morning. Boarding bookings are confirmed once an overnight trial has been successfully undertaken.
We do not accept intact (uncastrated) adult males or female dogs in (or due to be in) heat.

In view of our extremely limited capacity and high demand, a non refundable booking deposit of 50% is required to secure bookings during peak periods (Christmas, Easter, Summer and Vaud school holidays). Minimum booking of 5 days at Christmas. We prioritize our regular guests for peak boarding periods such as Easter, July/August/Christmas. With that in mind and to minimize stress for boarders, we do not arrange new client visits or overnight trials during peak season times.
Arrivals are welcomed every day except Sundays and public holidays. Afternoon arrivals are ideal for us as it allows us time in the morning for walking, feeding and housekeeping. Latest arrival time is 17.00 (if the dog has stayed previously, earlier if not, to allow time for introductions and settling in before dinner).
Departures daily (except public holidays) by prior arrangement. We close at 18.00 every day strictly so departures are by 17.45.
